We want to make you aware that on Saturday, January 7th, 2023 @ 10:00PM CT/11:00 PM ET/Sunday, January 8th, 2023 @ 4:00AM UTC we will be upgrading our main database to a newer version.

Expected downtime for web requests is 40 minutes but we are allowing 2h for this maintenance period. All website and API requests will fail during the downtime.

Inbox Tracker, Competitive Tracker, Design Tracker and the associated APIs will be unavailable during this period; panel data harvest and seed harvest will be unaffected. Once upgraded, data flowing from the other sources will resume ingesting into the platform and all web requests will be available again.
