We want to make you aware that on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 @ 3:30PM CT/9:30PM UTC we will be performing an upgrade of one of our Ingest Service cache clusters to more performant hardware.

Expected downtime for campaign data harvest is 60 minutes. The website and API will be accessible during this time.

Inbox Tracker, Competitive Tracker, Design Tracker and APIs will function as usual during this period; the only impact will be the delayed campaign data. Once upgraded, backlogged campaign data will be processed again and is expected to be caught up within the hour.
