We want to make you aware that on Thursday, December 1st, 2022 @ 3:30PM CT/9:30PM UTC we will be performing an upgrade of one of our cache clusters to more performant hardware. At this time we will be also upgrading our consumer panel harvesting database to a newer version.

Expected downtime for panel harvest is 60 minutes. The website and API will be accessible during this time.

Inbox Tracker, Competitive Tracker, Design Tracker and APIs will function as usual during this period; the only impact will be the delayed panel data. Once upgraded, panel mailboxes will be accessed again and all delayed messages will be processed.
